Way to join the ranks of the failed AC Casinos. NOW I HEAR THE PLACE IS EMPTY ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS. He now goes to Atlantic City and gets much more comps than Sugar House can ever offer. My friend who IS a high roller also stopped going in April as he saw the same pattern. At least there you get room offers, food offers and yes FREE PLAY. THAT told me they do NOT want or need casual gamblers anymore so we are taking our money to Harrahs. It was our last night there!!!! It's FREAKING FRUSTRATING to lose money while listening to them call out winning names on a drawing that EXCLUDES you. 3 weeks ago we went on a Saturday night and they had a secret VIP drawing for the high rollers. We would go there for the food as well so they lost that business too. Over the last 8 - 9 months our play time has diminished to about an hour IF WE ARE LUCKY. I never go expecting to win but I at least want to play for a while. I used to tell everyone how great it was. We will go with about $100 - $150 and our free plan (which by the way is becoming more scarce) and play for at least 3 - 4 hours. My wife and I have been going there for over 3 years and since the renovation you can't win anything. I am not sure if they think they should only cater to the high rollers but that did not work out so well for The Revel Casino. Sugar House has definitely went down hill.
